IAS Kitchen & Bath Design was established to fulfill a demand in the Central Florida market for cabinetry that belies a custom look without the custom cost. Our experience in custom cabinetry gives us a unique design perspective and the ability to creatively blend stock and semi-custom cabinetry for custom uses – in kitchens and baths and with furniture applications such as entertainment centers and china hutches. Our focus is on delivering great kitchen and bath designs, but our passion extends beyond excellent design.  IAS believes in evolving with current design trends; incorporating sustainable products and practices; and building positive and successful relationships with our clients, construction and design partners.  It is our business to offer the best solutions to our clients.  We work with well-established companies to offer the finest cabinetry options in value, mid-range, and custom price points.

Our designs are timeless. We design for clients with modern, traditional, and classic tastes, and everything in between.  One of our initial consultations is conducted at your home so we get a sense of your style -- from the architecture of the house to your choice of interior furnishings.  Our job is to ensure the end product is a functional and well-designed room that captures your vision and answers your lifestyle needs.
Remodeling is our forte. Roughly 95 percent of our projects are renovations. We enjoy the creative challenge of a renovation and understand the nuances that a renovation brings. Your new room should coalesce seamlessly with the existing spaces and it is our role to design the new room to fit the context of your home.
  We take your design personally. Our designers are hands-on and involved in every phase of your project from concept development through installation.  Once we understand your objectives, a preliminary plan is drawn that may go through several iterations before you give it the final stamp of approval. The designer then meets with the cabinet installer several times during installation to ensure the project is executed precisely. 
Collaboration is a key to good design. We are a true partner to the architect, interior designer(s), and general contractor. The ability to develop these relationships can make the difference between a good design and a fantastic design. We also take the extra step of meeting with the electrician and plumber, so they too understand the design specifications. By taking a proactive approach, we head off potential issues, which means fewer changes (and unplanned costs) and a better result. 
We stand behind our designs. Our goal is to ensure your project goes as smoothly as possible. We will not consider our job complete until the project meets or exceeds your expectations.

Begin by gathering information about styles, products, and layouts –magazine photos are a great way to communicate your likes to the designer.  Establish a wish list and a budget that include cabinets, countertops, appliances, lighting, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.  If your project is a remodel, be sure to include ideas you may have for changing the existing floor plan.
